The Boyds Civic Association encourages the Montgomery County Department of Transportation (MC-DOT) to acquire the entire property in Boyds owned by the Estate of Sue Anderson to include the Historic Mill. The initial purpose for the property will be to add a parking lot for vehicles and a bus drop off for additional rail passengers to use the Boyds MARC station. We wish the Historic Mill to be converted into a community center and an enclosed rail passenger station for our Boyds MARC station.
